Le Meridien Taipei's Discovery Kitchen buffet reopened in October 2025 with a fully upgraded menu and ingredients, offering an international spread that spans seafood, Japanese, Italian, Thai, French and American cuisines. The restaurant covers nearly 300 ping of bright open space with multiple themed food stations and offers private rooms seating 12 to 20. Located at No. 38, Songren Road in the Xinyi District near Taipei City Hall MRT, it is well suited for gatherings, birthdays and dates.

Island Language Buffet (Dao Yu) is a high-end all-you-can-eat restaurant from the Hi-Lai Restaurant Group inside Taipei's Hi-Lai Hotel, designed around the concept of one station, one fine-dining experience. The restaurant serves more than 200 international dishes focused on seafood and premium ingredients such as king crab legs, emperor crab legs, Japanese oysters, Hokkaido scallops, sea urchin and an array of sashimi, paired with curated wines. Eight themed food stations fill a refined space that wins high praise, and the restaurant is so hard to book it has been called one of Taipei's most difficult reservations. Xiang Rou Le is an all-you-can-eat hot pot and yakiniku restaurant on the first floor of No. 443, Songshan Road, Taipei's Xinyi District, near Yongchun MRT with convenient transport. The menu offers multiple soup bases, more than 30 kinds of meat, seafood, vegetables, desserts and drinks, and diners can choose hot pot, yakiniku or both, with discounted prices for children. Pricing runs NT$460 before 17:00 on weekdays, NT$500 after 17:00 on weekdays and NT$550 on holidays, plus a 10% service charge with optional yakiniku set upgrades. Hours are 11:00-22:00 daily with last entry at 20:00 and roughly 100 minutes of dining, suited for gatherings and family meals.

Xu Ji is a Japanese buffet on the 9th floor of Far Eastern Department Store in Taipei's Xinyi District, focused on high-quality seafood and diverse dishes, organized into nine themed stations covering sashimi, nigiri sushi, grilled items, fried items, teppanyaki, hot pot and steamed dim sum. Prices start from NT$1,090 for lunch and dinner, with afternoon-tea, lunch and dinner slots whose menus vary by time. Signatures include British bread crab, seared nigiri, grilled sweetfish and king crab miso soup. The decor is understated luxury, suited for gatherings and celebrations.

Baker & Skin (Parkfield from Taipei Caesar Park Hotel) is located in Luzhou District, New Taipei City, and offers an unlimited-time buffet service. The dining space is spacious and bright, with high-ceiling indoor seating and outdoor seating and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the outdoors. The menu focuses on diverse seafood and meats, with roast beef, teriyaki chicken, pork knuckle, spicy chicken wings, baby octopus and shrimp all freshly cooked to order, paired with salads, mussels, pasta and cheese casseroles so diners can enjoy a relaxed meal without rushing. It suits family gatherings and meals with children.

Shuan Xin Suan Mala Hot Pot All-You-Can-Eat is at No. 170, Section 2, Dunhua South Road, Taipei's Da'an District, focused on unlimited high-quality ingredients. The restaurant centers on top-tier beef such as Australian M9 wagyu, Taiwanese beef crispy brisket and U.S. Prime short ribs, alongside seafood like Japanese sashimi-grade scallops, West African seaweed shrimp and Argentine angel red shrimp, plus signatures such as pad-krapow pork rice and pickled-cabbage pork belly pot. The interior is clean and comfortable with fast service, well suited for diners who love high-quality hot pot.
