Taiwan Glass Gallery in Changhua Lukang's Chang-Bin Industrial Zone covers more than a thousand ping and is the only glass Mazu temple and glass tourism factory in Taiwan. Inside, art, culture and environmental consciousness meet in glass-blowing, DIY workshops, the golden-tunnel glass maze, glass corridors, dinosaur installations and other family-friendly experiences, with art exhibitions and themed dining zones. Cheng-Mei Cultural Park in Yong-Jing Township, Changhua County, blends a century-old Hakka mansion, Japanese-style gardens and natural landscapes into a single family leisure destination. Anchored by the historic Cheng-Mei Ancestral Hall and He-Yuan garden, it is widely hailed as the 'Taiwanese Kenroku-en' for its avenue of bald cypresses, rose garden and wishing-flower corridor. Families can join DIY plant potting, fish feeding and insect-art activities — an easy fit for either a half-day stroll or a full-day trip.

Shui-Ji-Li Tourism Factory in Changhua's Xiu-Shui is Taiwan's first faucet-themed family-friendly tourism factory. The site combines a water-hardware exhibition, the world's largest faucet installation art, an outdoor splash pool, sandpit, water slide, VR/AR interactions, a 7D theatre and a children's playroom, delivering a rich mix of water, sand and tech experiences. Children under 3 enter free; tickets for ages 3 and up are around NT$100, a fantastic value for a full day of family fun.

Xi-Hu Sugar Factory in Xi-Hu Township, Changhua County, is a sugar-culture-themed family-friendly tourism park. The grounds preserve Japanese-era sugar-production equipment and offer nostalgic steam Wu-Fen small-train rides, letting travellers feel the early sugar industry up close. Entry is free; the site sells its own ice pops and ice cream along with other old-school sweets, with a small creative market and sugar-industry exhibits — a family destination that mixes education, leisure and food.

Ancient Creatures Fantasy Park in Fen-Yuan, Changhua County, is Taiwan's first Cretaceous-themed dinosaur family park. Spread across roughly 12,000 ping, it offers giant realistic dinosaurs, a dinosaur express train, go-karts, grass-sliding, inflatable castles, sandpit and splash pool, paired with educational prehistoric-creature exhibits and interactive experiences. Flat walkways and well-built facilities make it ideal for a relaxed half-day or full-day family visit — one of the most popular family destinations in Changhua.

Bai-Guo-Shan Exploration Park in Changhua Yuan-Lin spans around 8,000 ping and is Taiwan's first dinosaur-forest-themed family park. Its 2026 2.0 upgrade added twelve new attractions including a jungle adventure vehicle, a lazy river that welcomes pets, and a rainbow slide, alongside moving, roaring animatronic dinosaurs, a VR pavilion, dinosaur fact stations, a family restaurant and sandpit. Around 15-20 parking spaces mean holiday crowding, but the site is also reachable by public transport. A great fit for families, dinosaur fans and pet owners travelling together.
