The 1314 Observation Deck crowns the summit of Hai-shu-shan Mountain in Chiayi's Meishan area, sitting at roughly 1,314 meters - a number chosen for its romantic soundalike in Chinese, meaning 'forever'. From the platform, visitors take in a 360-degree sweep of layered tea gardens and mountain ridgelines, with wide-open, unobstructed views that have made it a favorite location for commercials and couples' photo shoots. A gentle ten-minute walk from the Zhu-keng Creek Trail or the parking lot reaches the deck, the route flanked by high-mountain tea fields - perfect for an easy stroll and taking in the natural beauty.

S.c Star City Little Bar at No. 97 Lan-jing Street in Chiayi's East District is a pet-friendly bar focused on craft cocktails and light bites. The center offers a large free parking lot, opens from 9 AM to 5 PM, and provides pet-friendly outdoor spaces (leashes required) and family facilities including a children's play area and the Siraya mascot 'Sabiya' statue.
