Kyocera Dome Osaka is located in Chiyozaki, Nishi-ku, opened in 1997 as the home stadium of the Orix Buffaloes, formerly the Kintetsu Buffaloes. With capacity for about 36,000 spectators and a retractable roof design, it is also nicknamed 'Super Dome' due to its appearance. Beyond professional baseball, the dome hosts NFL, FIFA and major concerts (such as Arashi, ONE OK ROCK and Taylor Swift), drawing millions annually. The venue features restaurants, souvenir shops and the Sky Hall, making it Kansai's largest sports and entertainment facility.

Osaka Castle Main Tower is located within Osaka Castle Park, the symbol of Osaka Castle whose construction began in 1583 under Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The existing keep is a reinforced concrete reconstruction funded by private donations in 1931, designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property. The 8-story interior exhibits historical artifacts of Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Tokugawa Ieyasu, Sengoku armor and miniature models, with a 50-meter-high observation deck on the top floor offering 360-degree views of Osaka. The 3,000 cherry trees blooming each spring make it a famous blossom viewing spot, and the castle is Osaka's most iconic historical landmark.

Osaka Castle Park surrounds the Osaka Castle Main Tower, opened in 1931, spanning about 105.6 hectares, the largest historical park in Osaka. The grounds hold about 3,000 cherry trees and 1,270 plum trees, with spring cherry blossom viewing and winter plum viewing as famous events. Facilities include Osaka Castle Hall, Shudo-kan, Hokoku Shrine, Osaka Castle Hall and NHK Osaka Broadcasting Station. The Somei Yoshino cherry tunnel in Nishinomaru Garden, plum blossoms along Umezaka Slope, and ginkgo avenues in autumn make it a year-round destination for walking, jogging and photography.

The Mint Museum is located within the headquarters of the Japan Mint in Tenma, Kita-ku, opened in 1969. The collection holds about 40,000 coins, medals, decorations and artworks from the Asuka period to modern times, with about 1,000 items on permanent display. Exhibits include Japan's oldest Wado Kaichin coin, Edo-period Kan'ei Tsuho coins, and Meiji-era Emperor Kameyama gold coins. The museum also displays the history of the Osaka Mint and minting technology. The annual 'Nanbu Tsuko Sakura-dori' cherry passage opens to the public in mid-April, one of Osaka's most famous spring-only events.

Abeno Harukas, located in Abeno-ku, Osaka, opened in 2014 as Japan's first skyscraper exceeding 300 meters, standing 300 meters tall with 60 floors. Floors B1-14 house Kintetsu Department Store, floors 16-47 are the Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel, and the top floors 58-60 feature the Harukas 300 Observatory with 360-degree glass walls overlooking the Osaka plain to Kyoto and Kobe. The complex also includes an art museum, hot spring and sky garden, making it southern Osaka's most iconic mixed-use landmark.

SpaWorld Sekai no Yu, located in Higashi-Ebisu, Naniwa-ku, opened in 1997 as an 8-floor mega SPA complex. The facility gathers 11 themed hot spring baths reproducing famous baths worldwide including Finnish sauna, Mediterranean bath, Turkish bath and Japanese open-air bath, with men's and women's floors alternating monthly. Other facilities include a large swimsuit pool, fitness center, restaurants, rest areas, massage and hotel. The 3rd floor has a kids pool, and the 7th floor features a spacious Roman bath. Operating 24 hours, it is a popular destination for affordable relaxation and world culture experience in Osaka.
